Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize R2R processes across multiple ERP systems; support and document system integrations; gather and document business requirements; develop functional specifications and test scenarios; coordinate functional and integration testing including UAT; act as liaison among Finance users, IT, and external partners; support ERP transformation and continuous process improvement; assist in KPI monitoring and data quality enhancement; collaborate with enterprise architecture and IT teams to design future-state processes and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field; minimum 3 years experience as a Business or Business System Analyst in ERP-driven environments; strong knowledge of R2R processes including General Ledger, financial reporting, reconciliation, and closing activities; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Sage X3, and other ERP platforms like SAP; familiarity with integration and data platforms such as Boomi and Microsoft Fabric is advantageous; excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; business fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus; willingness for on-site presence and occasional European travel.
