Responsibilities
Elicit, structure, and document detailed business and technical requirements; analyze and optimize current workflows and system processes; coordinate between product management, engineering, compliance, and operations teams; support implementation activities including backlog refinement and sprint planning; assist in project scope definition and maintain project documentation; facilitate communication across all stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within fintech, especially involving trading and settlement platforms or digital asset ecosystems; strong knowledge of financial markets and US regulatory frameworks relating to securities; experience with requirements documentation and Agile methodologies; familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence; excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; fluent English proficiency. Exposure to DLT, European financial regulations, and project management frameworks is a plus.
