Responsibilities
Design, build, and continuously improve an internal developer platform on AWS using Terraform. Automate infrastructure delivery through CI/CD pipelines with tools like Spacelift. Own and enhance core platform components to enable autonomous service deployment and operation. Review code, share knowledge, and uphold engineering standards. Evaluate and adopt new AWS services and cloud-native patterns. Strengthen platform security, compliance, and resilience with standards and guardrails. Collaborate with product teams to understand needs and remove development bottlenecks, translating them into scalable platform solutions.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing large-scale AWS environments, with broad AWS technology knowledge including compute, storage, networking, backup, recovery, and cloud security best practices. Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CI/CD, automation, agile delivery, and platform engineering concepts, ideally with internal developer platform experience. Strong ownership attitude and ability to drive projects forward in complex environments. Clear communication skills, openness to feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning mindset. Systems and product-oriented focus on internal user needs. Ability to thoughtfully challenge solutions and balance quality, speed, and maintainability.
