Responsibilities
Conduct on-road and field data collection for automotive systems such as ADAS, autonomous driving, infotainment, and perception systems. Operate and monitor test vehicles equipped with data acquisition hardware and sensors. Collect, verify, and manage data from cameras, radars, LiDARs, GPS, and other vehicle systems. Ensure data quality and completeness per project requirements. Document anomalies, system issues, and environmental conditions during testing. Support validation of autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. Troubleshoot test equipment and data collection devices. Communicate findings to engineering teams. Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project execution. Travel extensively across Europe to perform testing activities.
Qualifications
Fluent Mandarin Chinese (mandatory) and English communication skills. Valid driver's license with confident driving ability. Willingness to travel approximately 10 months per year. Experience in automotive testing, data collection, or ADAS validation. Understanding of vehicle systems, sensors, and automotive technologies. Familiarity with automotive testing and diagnostic tools is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring data quality. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in dynamic field-testing environments. Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of CAN communication tools (CANoe, CANalyzer), experience with autonomous driving or vehicle data annotation projects, and understanding of data acquisition and validation workflows.
