Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops to design enterprise-scale Atlassian solutions including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. Act as technical lead for migrations from Atlassian Server/Data Center to Atlassian Cloud. Design integrations within DevOps toolchains such as GitHub, GitLab, and ServiceNow. Support customers in modernizing SDLC through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and platform engineering best practices. Build advanced automations using languages like Forge, Groovy, Python, or JavaScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
Qualifications
Experience in consulting, solution architecture, or technical advisory roles. Proven expertise with Atlassian Cloud administration, migrations, and integrations in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering. Proficiency with at least one scripting or automation language. Excellent English communication skills. Nice-to-have: Atlassian certifications (ACP), experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure, AWS, AI-assisted development tooling, ITSM frameworks, Agile at scale, or consultancy experience.
