Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms for supply and demand forecasting, budget allocation, and optimization within a delivery logistics platform. Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable models. Own the full lifecycle of ML projects from ideation through production and continuous improvement. Provide insights and decision-support tools to operations teams to optimize delivery zones and marketplace performance. Continuously improve tooling and methodologies to support rapid experimentation and innovation.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and production-grade software engineering, especially in Python and SQL. Experience with time-series forecasting, Bayesian methods, optimization techniques, and experimental design. Ability to manage end-to-end ML projects, including deployment and maintenance in production environments. Skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience or knowledge in procurement and supply chain optimization, particularly in inventory management for retail or fresh items, is highly valued. Passion for applying data science to deliver measurable business impact.
