Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising strategy and campaigns across the UK market including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP. Own campaign setup, budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives. Analyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, ACoS, paid sales, and organic rankings to identify improvement opportunities. Integrate advertising data with digital shelf indicators to identify growth opportunities and content improvement areas. Collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce, brand teams, and external stakeholders. Align campaigns with promotions, product launches, and key commercial moments. Utilize tools like Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Skai, and BidX and stay updated with platform trends and new features.
Qualifications
1 to 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, or Amazon Advertising with hands-on expertise in managing Amazon Sponsored Ads. Experience with DSP and advertising management tools such as Pacvue, Skai, or BidX is a plus. Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. Understanding of content impact on conversion and advertising efficiency. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive and solution-oriented communication skills. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
