Responsibilities

Translate business problems into agent specifications including scope, inputs, outputs, and logic; design AI agent reasoning and workflow architectures collaborating closely with technical teams; define and ensure quality knowledge requirements with knowledge architects; build and execute evaluations such as test sets and A/B tests to maintain quality standards; prioritize agent backlog and lead conceptualization of new AI agents.

Qualifications

Minimum two years experience in AI product design, prompt engineering, or applied AI working with prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, and orchestrated AI agents; strong product thinking skills to decompose workflows into testable AI agents; ability to collaborate effectively with knowledge experts, technical teams, and account management; domain expertise or rapid ramp-up ability in sports business areas like sponsorship, pricing, or commercial operations; degree in computer science, cognitive science, product design, linguistics, or related field; strong communication skills in English, with German as a plus; proficiency with digital tools and remote work environments.
