Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI and data technology layers for supply chain management; build agentic and ML tools to proactively discover, evaluate, and monitor drone components and suppliers; convert unstructured supplier and component data into structured intelligence; lead a small AI technical team setting directions and standards; collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain and R&D to translate sourcing problems into deployed capabilities; establish data pipelines, storage, and integrations with ERP/PLM and external sources.
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience architecting and shipping end-to-end AI/ML production systems (including agentic/LLM pipelines, search/RAG, data extraction, ML models); strong software and data engineering skills using Python, APIs, cloud technologies, and data pipelines; experience structuring complex, unstructured data into queryable intelligence; leadership experience managing small technical teams; degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience; fluent in English; German skills preferred but not mandatory; ideally experience in supply chain, procurement, or hardware component data, as well as familiarity with agentic autonomous systems and startup environments.
