Responsibilities
Partner with business units to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business needs into clear AI solution designs. Develop AI-powered applications utilizing large language models, AI assistants, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and workflow automation. Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to integrate AI solutions with enterprise data and enable scaling through Azure Databricks. Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate business value, technical feasibility, and user experience. Support change management and user adoption to ensure effective use of new AI-enabled workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Generative AI solution design, prompt engineering, and development of LLM applications. Proficient in Python, AI agents, workflow automation tools, and modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks. Strong ability to translate complex business processes into practical AI solutions and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
