Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an internal AI provisioning platform to streamline access to LLMs and MCP servers. Implement observability, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Datadog and Langfuse. Enforce model governance including security, data privacy, rate limiting, and API cost management. Collaborate with AI Software Engineers to support cloud-native and agentic workflows. Monitor reliability and performance of production AI systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Several years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or backend development. Strong skills in cloud infrastructure (especially AWS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), programming languages such as Python or Go, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker). Understanding of API cost management, security, and data privacy for AI models. Experience or strong interest in LLM gateways, observability platforms, and telemetry tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an ego-free, collaborative environment.
