Responsibilities
Own product problems end-to-end from discovery to production, including understanding user workflows, designing pragmatic solutions, and shipping fullstack features across UI, backend, database, APIs, and integrations. Build AI-powered workflows using technologies like large language models, retrieval systems, and agents. Work with documents, data sources, and enterprise systems. Iterate quickly based on user feedback, ensuring product quality, UX, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. Utilize AI coding tools regularly. Develop scalable product features based on customer patterns.
Qualifications
Strong fullstack engineering experience ideally with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres. Proven ability to build and ship products end-to-end without detailed specifications. Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration. Deep understanding of user experience and software architecture with focus on clean code, good abstractions, and production reliability. Knowledge of modern AI product development beyond simple prompting. Experience with APIs, data models, permissions, background jobs, and system integrations. Excellent product judgment and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly self-directed and ownership-driven mindset.
