Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered automated prospecting workflows including account research, lead enrichment, signal detection, and outreach personalization. - Develop custom AI agents on the company's proprietary AI platform and integrate them with the GTM stack. - Connect CRM systems and enrichment tools through APIs and automation platforms. - Design, launch, and iterate on growth experiments to optimize pipeline generation. - Automate internal GTM reporting to improve decision-making efficiency. - Document automation processes and systems for lasting impact beyond the internship.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program, or equivalent practical experience. - Daily user of large language models (LLMs) with experience in AI prompting, tool chains, or agent frameworks. - Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript and comfortable working with APIs and JSON. - Strong builder mentality with a focus on prototyping and iterative development. - Interest in understanding B2B sales, marketing, and customer acquisition. - Fluent English; German language skills are a plus. - Nice to have: experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n), CRM systems, outbound sales tools, or relevant side projects/GitHub repositories.
