Responsibilities
Deliver AI and ML solutions addressing real business challenges and creating measurable value; manage end-to-end journey from business problem definition to live product deployment and continuous improvement; select appropriate approaches such as deterministic automation, Machine Learning, Applied AI, or agentic systems; shape AI engineering principles, architecture, evaluation, observability, and production standards; build shared AI capabilities to accelerate usage across teams.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Applied AI, and Python with solid software engineering fundamentals; practical experience across the ML/AI product lifecycle including data, modeling, deployment, and monitoring; solid understanding of modern AI engineering principles and design patterns, including large language models and agentic AI; pragmatic judgment for technical approach selection; strong ownership and clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
