Responsibilities
Assist with organizing high-level conferences and meetings; perform research to support advocacy strategies; draft advocacy documents and briefing notes; track and evaluate advocacy efforts; maintain updated databases and contact records; perform other general tasks as requested.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled student in International Relations, European Studies, Politics, Journalism, Communications, or related field; proficiency with MS Office and social media tools; strong written and oral English communication; knowledge of German or another European language is an advantage; understanding of EU institutions and foreign policy; able to multitask, work independently and in multicultural teams, detail-oriented and proactive.
