Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end programmatic advertising strategy and partnerships, including evaluating and onboarding demand partners, setting header bidding solutions, and running price floor tests. Oversee operational infrastructure such as Google Ad Manager configuration, ad unit architecture, targeting, and campaign delivery quality assurance. Analyze auction dynamics and revenue performance to optimize yield. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and campaign management teams to align ad tech implementations and business goals. Serve as the internal expert on AdTech, explaining technical and strategic aspects to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or publisher-side ad operations with a strong technical and strategic focus. Hands-on expertise with Prebid.js and header bidding implementations. Proficient in modifying and debugging HTML/JavaScript ad templates and ad calls. Deep understanding of the programmatic supply chain including SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges. Experience designing and analyzing price floor strategies. Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager features, reporting, and programmatic deal setup. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in travel or digital publishing sectors and familiarity with ad quality/brand safety tools is a plus.
