Responsibilities

Drive the creation of next-generation audio products, managing acoustic concepts end-to-end from vision through prototyping, validation, and tuning. Define and challenge acoustic specifications through hands-on measurement and data-driven analysis. Shape sound signatures combining DSP technologies with electroacoustic knowledge. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contribute to product concepts, and communicate progress and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of acoustic development experience with strong measurement and listening skills. Proficient in assessing loudspeaker performance and resolving acoustic issues. In-depth knowledge of transducer and enclosure design, familiar with modern measurement systems such as Klippel and CLIO, and simulation tools like LspCAD, AKABAK, VituixCAD. Good understanding of DSP-based signal processing with ability to develop solutions for optimized system performance. Structured, self-driven working style, strong communication skills, passion for high-quality audio products, fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
